Our name is an acronym of the six perceptions described through the Process Communication Model® (PCM), conceived and created by Dr. Taibi Kahler: Actions, Thoughts, Opinions, Inactions, Reactions and Emotions.

Formerly Gilbert Associates, we have consulted with various organizations since 1984. In addition to our primary focus of effective communication, we also offer program and personnel evaluation services.
